Access:Given (A:G) is a one-day digital accessibility conference, created to be as inclusive and accessible as possible because we believe accessibility should be a ‘given’ in society – not granted.

Our founders
Michelle O'Connor (she/her)
Michelle is a copywriter, content designer and brand consultant based in Scotland. She runs Ogam Consulting.
Previously known as Specky Scribbler, before rebranding and leaning into her Irish origins.
Ellen Forster (she/her)
Ellen is a content strategist and web designer based in the North East of England. She runs Content By The Sea.
She also writes a weekly newsletter about how the internet is shaping our minds, Conversations By The Sea.
